What problem do we solve?
The need to understand the actual condition of an asset, in order to plan maintenance, interventions or technical assessments in a reliable and informed way.
Whether it involves roofs and façades, civil and industrial infrastructure, or complex assets such as power lines and wind turbines, the challenge is always the same: seeing clearly, safely, and without disrupting operations.
What do we do?
We deploy professional drones to carry out close-range aerial inspections, replacing the need for people to work at height.
We collect high-resolution images and data from optimal viewpoints and in full safety, to document asset conditions, detect issues and support technical decision-making.
How do we work?
Our office takes care of everything:
- We gather and analyse the client’s requirements to plan a targeted inspection, defining objectives and areas of interest, as well as flight altitude, distances and camera angles;
- We schedule the date and time of the operation;
- We manage any required flight authorisations (Prefecture, Airport Authority, ENAC / Civil Aviation Authority, etc.), operating in full compliance with current regulations and operational procedures.
Our pilots operate autonomously, without interfering with the privacy of the condominium or with the company’s activities.
They arrive, fly, collect the required data and leave,
minimizing disruption, on-site time and overall presence.
All footage is reviewed and selected by our office, according to the client’s needs, for example:
- organizing the material by areas or responsibilities;
- blurring faces to protect people’s privacy;
- digitally signing the files to ensure integrity, traceability, and a certified date.
All material is delivered via a dedicated link, valid for 2 months, which the client can share with anyone they wish.
Is it necessary to obtain authorisations to fly?
Sometimes yes (always in Milan), but when required, our office takes care of everything.
Do the recordings comply with the privacy of people and activities?
Yes. All recordings are carried out in compliance with data protection regulations (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR) and are processed according to internal procedures for data selection and protection.
Any individuals incidentally captured in the footage are obscured during post-production.
Is it necessary to interrupt the use of the building or work activities?
No. Inspections are performed without interrupting activities and without requiring access at height, minimizing disruption and intervention time.
At what distance and level of detail are inspections carried out?
We operate at close range and with angles specifically defined on a case-by-case basis, to ensure high-definition images and maximum readability of the inspected areas.
What are your timelines?
From the moment we fly, the material is delivered within 1–3 days.
What guarantees do you provide?
- our Pilots are qualified professionals, holding valid certifications and documented ongoing training;
- our Drones are duly registered with ENAC and covered by third-party liability insurance (up to 6,500,000 €);
- all flight operations are conducted exclusively where permitted by current regulations, or subject to prior authorisation from the competent authority;
- the activity is covered by an additional insurance policy specifically for professional operations (up to 1,200,000 €).
