Architectural Surveys are done for a number of reasons or purposes:
a restructuring, a presentation of joint deeds, a building bonus, a discrepancy, a due diligence…
Performing Architectural Surveys with a Drone (and a Laser Scanner) means:
Reduce time compared to traditional solutions;
Increase Security by not having to send a person where a small drone can reach;
Detect each part, even those not visible from the ground, such as roofs and portions of facades “in the shadow” of terraces or other buildings;
Detect the context by being able, from above, to also detect neighboring properties and buildings;
Improving Precision and Accuracy thanks to new technologies and our integrated work systems.
The drone “sees” everything that we can’t see from the ground
(roofs, coverings, portions of facades covered by terraces or vegetation)
take thousands of very high resolution and georeferenced photographs,
inspect the context.
If necessary, our work system provides for the integration of the Laser Scanner.
For example, when distances from other buildings make it difficult or unsafe to fly the drone to detect a facade,
or when low vegetation covers (from a bird’s eye view) important details.
All these data are processed in our office, creating a 3D Model of the Building (Point Cloud).
Our (proprietary) Work Methodologies provide for a cross-check of the surveys, to give the client the guarantee of high Precision and Accuracy.
Each customer works with different technologies, generally CAD or Point Cloud or BIM, so we process and export the Architectural Survey according to their needs
All the material is sent with a dedicated link, valid for 3 months, which the customer can share with whoever he wishes.
Is it necessary to ask permission to fly?
Sometimes yes (always in Milan); but if necessary, our office takes care of everything.
What timelines do you have?
From the moment we fly, we process the relief in approximately 7/14 days, depending on the type of return requested.
What guarantees do you give?
Our pilots are professionals and in compliance with the certificates,
our drones are registered with ENAC and insured (up to 1,300,000 euros),
we only fly where possible or authorized by the competent authorities,
our company has insurance coverage for the exercise of the activity (up to 1,000,000 euros).
